Fusion Meals is backed by Cutting Edge Catering, founded by Nicole after she moved to Southern California in January of 2010. What started as one caterer's passion in the Inland Empire has grown into a company that now services all of Southern California and places beyond.

Alongside her in the business is Jeremy Michalski, a food service veteran with over 25 years running a large-scale catering and deli operation. Backed by a full commercial kitchen and an experienced culinary team, Fusion Meals blends bold flavors from around the world into meals built for real life.

Nicole is also a mother of five, Caleb, Maggie, Jasmine, James, and Alexis, and is a registered foster parent. That same care for family shows up in how Fusion Meals treats every customer: like someone worth cooking for.

Every meal on the Fusion Meals menu runs through Chef Johnny, the hotshot culinary talent behind the catering side's cult-favorite dishes. His Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala are recipes he's spent years perfecting, and his Orange Chicken was a proven high-seller on the catering menu long before it ever hit a meal prep container.

Johnny brings that same precision to every fusion dish on the menu, tasting and tuning each recipe himself so the flavor holds up just as well reheated as it did fresh out of the kitchen.
